There are several ways to sign up for Felpsis.net services. First, you may obtain a sign-up disk from our main office at the corner of 4th and C St. in Floresville. As an alternative, you can give us your address by e-mail (info@felpsis.net) or by calling our main office (830) 216-7000 (8am-5pm M-F) and we will send you a sign-up disk by mail. In addition sign-up disks are available at several locations around Wilson and Karnes Counties. They are as follows:
